Lydia, a seasoned professional with almost three years at Curate Partners, has progressed from Administrative Assistant to Operations Specialist and currently serves as an Assistant Operations Manager. In her multifaceted role, Lydia manages weekly onboarding and off boarding processes, conducts audits, and ensures compliance with state regulations.

She is a pivotal resource for the entire company, creating comprehensive reports for various teams, including accounting, marketing, sales, and recruiting. Lydia’s expertise spans contract interpretation, state law compliance, billing, and implementing new HR systems. She excels in overseeing the full life cycle of consultants.

Lydia played a key role in onboarding all clients and successfully implementing a new HR system at Curate. She has also successfully managed the implementation of a key clients’ new HR and billing system and spearheaded Salesforce Integration for OPS. Her dynamic career trajectory and diverse skill set position her as a dedicated and resourceful professional in operations and HR management.

Before Curate, Lydia spent a year as an Onboarding Associate at one of the Largest Tech Staffing Firms in the US, contributing to her extensive experience in HR system implementation.
