Dan Foley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Curate Partners. Having started the company back in September 2014, Dan’s vision for a people-first business grew from a concept into a reality. With over 27 years of experience in the human capital space, Dan now invests his time in aligning Curate’s people, core values, culture and business strategy to cultivate a best-in-class service for our clients and candidates.
Under Dan’s leadership, Curate was recognized at the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal and ranked as the 20th Fastest Growing Private Company on the Inc5000 list by Inc Magazine. Prior to starting Curate Partners, Dan served as the President of the US division of the world’s second largest staffing company from 2008-2013. Previous to that, he was CEO of Sapphire Technologies North America from 2002-2008, taking the company from $200 million to over $500 million during this period.
Believing strongly in giving back to the community, Dan is devoted to practicing our Cur8 Values—starting with people first and ending with a focus on charitable outreach. He was awarded the Franklin Delano Roosevelt award in 2011 by the March of Dimes for all his charitable work. Dan also sits on the Advisory Council for the Home Base program, a collaboration between the Boston Red Sox and Massachusetts General Hospital which helps returning veterans deal with the invisible wounds of war, including TBI and PTSD. As part of Dan’s commitment to the Home Base program, he participated in the Big Game Fishing Tournament and collectively his team fundraised and donated over $175,000.
