Corina has specialized in IT recruiting for 5.5 years. Approaching 6 years with Curate, she currently oversees a team of recruiters and mentors them in all things staffing. When it comes to working with candidates, Corina teaches her team to always lead with transparency. Corina feels she adds value to her role by staying genuine, relatable, and readily available when working with others.

Corina brings expertise in not only building, but also maintaining thriving relationships. She has a heavy focus on open communication both internally within her team, and externally with candidates. Being in the IT industry for almost 6 years, Corina has a strong understanding of Functional, Development, Analytical, and Product focused roles.

Starting her career in recruiting, Corina has proven continuous growth year over year within Curate. She has successfully navigated the waters of a booming market, pandemic market, and a recession market. Through large project hiring needs and slow hiring freezes, she steadily maintains the highest quality service to her team and candidates she’s working with.
