With an extensive tenure of 5+ years within Curate Partners and the staffing industry, Steve has progressed through various roles, evolving from a Staff Accountant to a Financial Operations Manager and, presently, to the position of Controller.

Adept at leading transformative initiatives, Steve successfully spearheaded the implementation of a new accounting system, transitioning from QuickBooks to Sage. His proficiency extends to an advanced skillset in Excel, contributing to the efficiency and precision of financial operations.

Prior to his career in finance, Steve enjoyed a remarkable 15-year professional hockey career, achieving the accolade of College All-American. This background underscores his disciplined approach, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence in his current financial leadership role.
