Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on penetrating and expanding our footprint within existing large enterprise customers, particularly in the realms of data and digital consulting and talent services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, transparent, and fearless in their business development approach, with a strong desire to win. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Curate Partners' services within existing accounts, focusing on data and digital consulting and talent services. 
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including consulting, talent acquisition, and project management, to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights to clients. 
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on account status, sales activity, and revenue forecasts to the SVP of Sales. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of account management experience, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry, with a focus on large enterprise clients. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, digital transformation, and talent services. 
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. 
  • Attributes: Transparent, self-motivated, and fearless in business development efforts. Demonstrated strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
