Job Description:
Project Manager who works with business partners to identify and implement scope for medium to large sized projects. Projects are business oriented in nature often with data, process and/or system configuration changes, focused on end-to-end (E2E) process optimization. Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.

Required:
• A minimum10 years of project management experience for Senior Project Managers and 5 years for Project Managers
• A minimum 5 years of Health Insurance Industry (Payer) experience for Senior Project Managers and 3years for Project Managers
• Bachelor Degree

Preferred:
• MBA or equivalent Degree
• PMP or equivalent Certification

Tools:
• Required
  o Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Power Point, OneNote)
  o Microsoft Teams
  o SharePoint
• Preferred
  o JIRA

Responsibilities:
• Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the parameters (Scope, Schedule, and Cost) of projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Tracks milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Serves as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
• Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.
