Opportunity Details

As a Data Scientist, your role will entail:

• Execution of the pilot program, Model enhancements, scale up & cloud migration and refining models to build robust and scalable solutions to business problems
• Develop performance tracking solutions, program measurements, deep dive studies and present meaningful and insights-driven materials on analytical results with recommendations and go forward planning to guide a variety of audiences including internal stakeholders and leadership
• Accountability, work with a sense of urgency, possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and have passion for developing high-performing analytics solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience programming in SQL and Python
• Experience building data science, machine learning and/or optimization models
• Strong knowledge of the underlying mathematical and statistical principles that are foundational to data science
• Experience building and utilizing a robust experimentation framework (e.g., A/B testing) to measure performance of deployed models
• Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
• High energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
• Capability to anticipate and timely communication of project roadblocks before they occur

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on Azure / snowflake
• Any MLOps skills
• Experimentation framework development skills
