AI Agent Developer – Building intelligent automation systems

As an AI agent developer, you’ll design and optimize intelligent automation tools that enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and create real business impact. 

Key responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents tailored to specific business use cases and operational tasks. 
• Implement agent frameworks using large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). 
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms for real-time insights and automation. 
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to define agent workflows, KPIs, and success metrics. 
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI agents in production environments. 
• Evaluate, test, and continuously improve model accuracy and behavior. 
• Maintain documentation for architecture, data pipelines, and deployment frameworks. 
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI standards, governance, and ethical best practices. 

Required skills 

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain. 
• Deep understanding of large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering. 
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases. 
• Experience integrating AI systems with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, model lifecycle management, and continuous delivery. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. 
• Experience in data preprocessing, fine-tuning, and system-level optimization.
