JOB SUMMARY: AI Product Manager

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions within a healthcare payer environment. This role requires a unique blend of Data and AI expertise, combined with practical experience, to generate significant business value aligned with our AI product vision and company objectives. The ideal candidate will manage the AI Product development lifecycle, engage with key stakeholders, and collaborate with a skilled team to enhance business outcomes through innovative AI products.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Lead the AI Product development roadmap within the healthcare domain as a AI Product Manager.
  • Engage stakeholders and deliver value through AI product implementations.
  • Manage the AI Product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Product Managers, and business partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Utilize market insights for identifying and developing AI product opportunities.
  • Prioritize AI product features development in alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Oversee product and technical decisions, ensuring agile development methodologies are followed.
  • Analyze AI product performance for continuous enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS: AI Product Manager

  • Academic degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare payer sector is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong skills in requirement analysis, solution design, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model prototyping, and development.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy).
  • Understanding of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and RDBMS.
  • Knowledge in SQL, Python, and experience with model deployment and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and make analytical insights actionable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and remote team management.
