JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Product Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar experience to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the development, enhancement, and management of our Dynamics product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly with Dynamics products (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365). And a proven track record in product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Dynamics products, including defining product features, enhancements, and integrations to meet market demands and customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, thereby translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to gather requirements, so as to prioritize features and drive product development initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize product features based on business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer impact, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing, and release activities.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather customer feedback to iterate on product features and therefore drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.

Qualifications:

  • Generally, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
