We are looking for an experienced Manager to transform financial and operational processes of Enterprise Cloud allocation and reporting process. This should be achieved through innovation and development of close relationships with the necessary business/financial stakeholders across the enterprise. Manager will work on redesigning enterprise cloud tenant intake process, cloud reporting and alignment to value steams for lines of business, cloud expense planning and forecasting, and strategy to develop new streamlined processes to improve efficiency and alignment to value streams.
Responsibilities of the Manager Strategy & Operations will be:
·      Map out cloud intake process and redesign process to bring data engineering, data scientists, business partners, finance into one streamlined review and approval process.
·      Realign cloud tenant population to lines of business value streams and cost structure.
·      Partner with EDML, FinOps, finance, enterprise infrastructure team to support redesign and change of cloud allocation process.
·      Design and create new process for executive reporting packages, tracking overall performance and efficiency.
·      Partnering with business segments to assess cloud structure and performance including risks & opportunities, trends, and status updates.
·      Monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for cloud and related expenses (e.g., SW/HW, licensing, etc.)
·      Partnering with business segment leads and A&BC leads to ensure accurate cloud expense budget and forecast levels.
·      Streamlining and automating existing manual processes and reporting
Required Qualifications:
·      2+ years’ experience of enterprise-wide change management or similar role with in-depth knowledge of IT and Finance best practices in process change management.
·      2+ years of advanced process mapping, process change, reporting, and analytics experience
·      Proven track record of process improvement and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
·      Data modeling and scaling up processes to enterprise level solutions using Power BI or other tools.
·      Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
·      Problem solver with analytical mind and strategic ability
·      Excellent organizational and leadership skills
