Role Overview
We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and motivated Recruiting Consultant to join our growing team. If you love working with people, thrive on delivering top-tier experiences, and have a natural curiosity to learn new tools and systems, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Source and connect with top talent through phone outreach, job boards, and networking
- Deliver a “better than the best” experience for both candidates and clients
- Collaborate closely with your team to meet hiring goals and contribute to an amazing culture
- Learn and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to track and manage relationships
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure timely follow-ups
- Go the extra mile — because your team and candidates deserve nothing less

What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for people
- Comfortable being on the phone and engaging with diverse personalities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong follow-up skills and an eye for detail
- Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
- Team player who brings enthusiasm and positivity, day in and day out
