JOB SUMMARY: UI Visual Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented UI and Visual Designer to elevate our member and care team digital experiences. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be instrumental in defining the future of our digital interfaces, creating user flows, storyboards, wireframes, and animations that bring design and interaction ideas to life. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and copywriters to craft innovative digital experiences.
  • Define and implement creative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Communicate your design visions effectively to all team members and stakeholders as a UI Visual Designer.
  • Contribute to the growth of our design system with updated standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Participate in user research and usability studies, using insights to inform wireframes and prototypes.
  • Support the QA team to ensure features are implemented as designed.

QUALIFICATIONS: UI Visual Designer

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Visual Arts, or Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a UI and visual designer for web and native mobile applications.
  • Exceptional skills in typography, layout, visual design, and animation, showcased in a strong portfolio.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping.
  • Innovative examples of motion and animation in UI and interaction design.
  • In-depth understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A member and user-obsessed, solutions-driven approach to design.
