His leadership resulted in the automation of claims payment processes, driving auto-adjudication rates from 70% to over 90%. Chad also refocused the organization to enhance claims quality, achieving an increase from 98.0% to over 99.5%.

Furthermore, in his role as a Finance Director at Optum, Chad played a pivotal role in negotiating agreements and optimizing operational savings. They were instrumental in achieving additional productivity and profitability through innovative pricing models and negotiations.
