Initially joining as a Recruiting Consultant, she demonstrated exceptional prowess in identifying top-tier candidates for our clientele while fostering enduring connections with our coveted Purple Squirrels. Having transitioned to the position of Account Executive, Madeline now strategically engages with both existing and potential healthcare clients, adeptly addressing their requirements and delivering comprehensive solutions within digital transformation, data & analytics, and rapid resource deployment. Her unwavering commitment places client satisfaction at the forefront, guiding them seamlessly from conceptualization to delivery, and providing steadfast support throughout ongoing maintenance phases.

Madeline received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a minor in Sales, from the University of Delaware. Through Curate Cares, Madeline has partnered and volunteered with PowerCorps, a program that provides young adults with career training in the green space. Madeline is also a member of the HIMSS New England Chapter.
