Nate has provided strategic consulting and talent solutions since 2006, partnering with Healthcare, Financial Services, Hospitality/Retail, and Public Sector clients. Nate was tapped in 2019 to join Curate and lead the development of the Mid-Atlantic market. He leads a team of Account Executives and works directly with clients to ensure they receive top-notch service.
Nate’s focus is on customer success, creative but pragmatic problem-solving, and ensuring clients’ needs are met. Integrity and respect have led to client relationships that have spanned his career.
With 17 years of experience in digital, data, and technology solutions, Nate has grown and managed teams, serving mid-market and enterprise accounts. Nate has achieved awards as both an individual producer and market leader, including the national “Office of the Year.” He has successfully provided critical project teams on short/critical client timelines, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.

Nate holds a B.A. in Communication from Virginia Tech. A lifelong learner, Nate regularly attends and participates in industry events, covering topics such as Digital Health, AI/ML, UX, Agile, Product Management, and Analytics. Volunteering and fundraising activities include United Way, Embry-Rucker/Cornerstones, Sunrise Senior Living, Year-Up, and coaching various youth sports. He spends his free time with his wife and kids, unplugging and enjoying the outdoors whenever possible.
