Job Summary: Principal Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in product management and a knack for driving cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for various healthcare management products.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and engineering teams.
  • Communicate effectively to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on product vision and strategy.
  • Create compelling presentations and updates to socialize product progress and milestones.

Technical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand the technical capabilities and constraints.
  • Provide guidance on technical aspects of the product, leveraging past experience in software engineering, GCP, SQL, Python, ETL, and ML.
  • Ensure that product solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with the overall technical strategy.

Strategic Problem-Solving:

  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex product challenges.
  • Innovate and think outside the box to identify new opportunities and drive product differentiation.
  • Adapt product strategies based on feedback and changing market conditions.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Drive and motivate engineering teams to achieve product goals and timelines.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product management discipline within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in product management, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products.
  • Technical Background: Previous hands-on experience in software engineering or development is highly beneficial.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in GCP, SQL, Python, ETL, and ML technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact, influence, and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong product strategy skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to convey product progress and updates.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive engineering teams towards common goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a non-traditional Product COE environment and tailor strategies to fit the group’s unique needs.
  • Healthcare Experience: A huge plus but not required
