A leading organization is seeking a Senior UX Designer to modernize and improve existing digital experiences. This position will lead user discovery efforts, create intuitive workflows, develop interactive prototypes, and deliver production-ready designs that align with business goals and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to rapidly identify user needs, redesign legacy interfaces, and deliver high-quality user experiences through close collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.
