JOB SUMMARY: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) to join our dynamic Integrated Marketing and Channel Strategy team. This role involves serving as a strategic marketing partner to our business units, creating compelling marketing communications for both internal and external audiences. The IMM will be instrumental in managing cross-functional marketing campaign deployment, working closely with Marketing Strategy, Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations teams, as well as business stakeholders. This position requires an innovative and results-driven professional capable of defining and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with our brand positioning and effectively communicating results to business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Become an expert in supported business areas and collaborate with marketing and business partners to define effective and innovative integrated marketing strategies.
  • Manage budget and timing expectations, leveraging all available owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Brief creative teams and lead projects through the review and revision process to deliver work that aligns with the marketing strategy as a Marketing Manager.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and campaign calendars, ensuring key strategic criteria and milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate project wrap-ups and assist in providing reports for project results in collaboration with the Marketing Analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital and/or traditional marketing, demonstrating effectiveness across various audiences and channels (website, email, social, mobile, etc.). Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations.
  • Ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships.
  • Impressive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make sound business recommendations to multiple management levels, including senior leadership go be a Marketing Manager.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing multiple projects and competing demands.
