JOB SUMMARY: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager passionate about creating products that customers love. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy products that align with our company’s vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of customer experience, the ability to identify product gaps, generate innovative ideas to increase market share, and drive growth through improved customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer experience to identify and address product gaps, generating new ideas to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Secure internal and external buy-in for the product vision, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for execution as a Senior Product Manager.
  • Prioritize activities based on business impact and customer needs, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery with optimal resources.
  • Lead product launches, collaborating with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members to ensure cohesive strategy and communication.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective message delivery.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, enhancing product awareness and understanding among stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on products and services, representing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management or as an associate product manager, with a track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the initiative to engage directly in all aspects of product development.
  • Effective at working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
