VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Transformation to lead our efforts in revolutionizing how we conduct and operate traditional business functions. This influential role focuses on improving operational efficiencies, executing flawless transformations, and driving business expansion. The VP will be instrumental in building new capabilities, ensuring the organization becomes more adaptable, scalable, and responsive to market demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on transformative efforts.
  • Lead the seamless transition of core processing systems in close partnership with IT and Operations leadership.
  • Support the deployment of new technologies and processes in targeted operational areas.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence to approved technologies.
  • Spearhead business expansion initiatives and provide regular progress and risk assessments.
  • Maintain strong, effective communication across all levels of the organization, fostering innovation and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related analytical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for those with 5+ years in healthcare/managed care operations.
  • Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product/program backlogs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to manage both individual and initiative-based priorities.
  • Expertise in navigating dependencies and seizing high-value opportunities.
  • Proficient in implementing new and emerging technologies, with a continuous drive for innovation.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong data and system analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, VISIO, and PowerPoint.
