SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SCRUM MASTER)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master, to lead complex projects/products and programs, leveraging extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in various organizational and implementation methodologies. This pivotal role involves managing all phases of the project/product lifecycle to deliver impactful outcomes across multiple business areas within a matrixed reporting structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Deliver multiple complex projects/products impacting various business areas concurrently.
  • Manage project timelines, financials, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
  • Drive risk/issue resolution and manage resource allocation in a cross-functional matrixed environment.
  • Ensure executive-level reporting and communication, establishing a clear working environment for the team.
  • Assist with removing roadblocks and manage the process and culture for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with architecture and operations teams for system and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Manage strong personalities and external vendor relationships, with an understanding of technical projects including APIs and development processes.
  • Experienced in standard PM functions such as SOW management, finance tracking, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare industry and technical project experience.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in user story development, Jira, and Confluence management.
  • Strong project management skills, adept in Agile processes, and a quick learner.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and listening skills.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.
