Opportunity Details
Key Accountabilities:
- Assessing the effort and complexity of the solution to create a governing QA strategy that includes E2E test data management and automation.
- Measuring and enforcing compliance with Federal and State standards across multiple vendors
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Enforcing security and PHI compliance in non-production regions
- Creating and maintaining a QA project plan and staffing ramp-up plan to support quality strategy
- Serving as the primary QA contact for project stakeholders and development partners
- Partnering with project stakeholders to define quality hand-off standards
- Indirectly supervising staff on-shore and off-shore
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and able to manage information and schedules in a fast-paced demanding environment
- QA Leadership across enterprise-wide implementations
- Experience with developing automation strategy and E2E test data management strategy
Familiarity with tools:
- Selenium
- SQL
- Jira/Confluence/Zephyr
- Scrum master certification a plus
- Understanding healthcare business processes is a plus
Education and Relevant Experience:
- Software quality professional with 5+ years of experience leading quality engineering initiatives on enterprise-wide implementations
