Opportunity Details


Key Accountabilities:

  • Assessing the effort and complexity of the solution to create a governing QA strategy that includes E2E test data management and automation.
  • Measuring and enforcing compliance with Federal and State standards across multiple vendors
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Enforcing security and PHI compliance in non-production regions
  • Creating and maintaining a QA project plan and staffing ramp-up plan to support quality strategy
  • Serving as the primary QA contact for project stakeholders and development partners
  • Partnering with project stakeholders to define quality hand-off standards
  • Indirectly supervising staff on-shore and off-shore


  • Highly organized and able to manage information and schedules in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • QA Leadership across enterprise-wide implementations
  • Experience with developing automation strategy and E2E test data management strategy

Familiarity with tools:

  • Selenium
  • SQL
  • Jira/Confluence/Zephyr
  • Scrum master certification a plus
  • Understanding healthcare business processes is a plus

Education and Relevant Experience:

  • Software quality professional with 5+ years of experience leading quality engineering initiatives on enterprise-wide implementations
