The AI enablement specialist designs and delivers AI-powered workflows within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and other enterprise AI platforms, while also leading education and change initiatives. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve internal efficiency using Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI tools.
- Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives, including scoping, planning, development, piloting, rollout, adoption tracking, and iteration.
- Deliver training sessions, live demonstrations, and large-group presentations to educate colleagues on AI fundamentals, prompting techniques, and responsible use.
- Create reusable assets such as prompt libraries, AI agents, automated workflows, and collaboration templates that scale impact across teams.
- Partner with department leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate business needs into AI-supported workflows.

Required experience and skills

- Hands-on experience building AI agents, custom GPT-style solutions, or Claude-based projects for real-world use.
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and at least one additional enterprise AI assistant.
