This leadership role is responsible for defining product strategy, guiding portfolio direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple healthcare-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Portfolio Leadership

• Define and execute product strategy across a portfolio of healthcare technology products.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and investment decisions across multiple products and initiatives.
• Balance long-term innovation efforts with operational priorities and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management and Executive Engagement

• Serve as the primary business-facing leader for product initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, operational, clinical, and technology functions.
• Present product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership teams.
• Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and establish consensus around priorities and objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering, data science, user experience, and operational teams to deliver product outcomes.
• Establish governance processes, intake procedures, prioritization frameworks, and operating models that support portfolio success.
• Align teams around measurable goals, business value, and customer outcomes.
• Support successful execution from strategic planning through product delivery and ongoing optimization.

AI and Digital Innovation

• Lead products that incorporate conversational AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced automation capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic product investments.
• Promote responsible deployment and governance of AI-enabled experiences.
• Drive innovation initiatives that improve customer engagement, service delivery, and healthcare navigation experiences.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading product portfolios, product organizations, or strategic product programs.
• Strong healthcare industry experience within one or more of the following areas:
  • Health insurance
  • Payer operations
  • Member experience
  • Benefits navigation
  • Digital health
• Demonstrated success defining product vision and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of product, engineering, data science, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio strategies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product investments to organizational goals and customer outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, or AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and customer support platforms.
• Experience supporting digital customer or member experiences.
• Exposure to generative AI and agent-based AI technologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits, claims, or customer support workflows.
• Experience leading products through organizational transformation, modernization, or portfolio integration initiatives.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
