Business Process Analyst

Job Type: Full Time

*This role will support Finance projects and processes.*

*Must work onsite 3 days/week in Woburn, MA*

o Role Overview:

 The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and recommending process enhancements within the Global Finance organization. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, document processes, perform assessments and propose process improvements.

o Responsibilities:

 Assess current performance, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions for global finance processes

 Work with process owners and subject matter experts to accurately document current processes as it relates to current focus areas.

 Assist measuring and reporting on process performance

 Analyze existing processes and performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement in alignment to the Global Finance Transformation Goals.

 Propose process changes, including workflow adjustments, automation, and best practices.

 Assist in implementing process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness.

 Document process changes and maintain process documentation.

 Coordinate with program / project leads on plan executionAssist with the development of project charters and gathering relevant information

 Provide training and support to team members on new processes.

 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

o Education and Training:

 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance)

 Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

o Experience:

 5-7 years of experience in process improvement or related roles
