We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance the conversion rates across our digital platforms. This role will focus on pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights for CRO testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing, and a passion for driving results through data.

As the CRO Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and design teams to drive testing strategies, monitor performance, and optimize user experiences. A solid understanding of statistical analysis, coupled with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to uncover insights about user behavior, conversion funnels, and test results.

• CRO Testing & Experimentation: Collaborate with the CRO team to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methods to optimize digital performance.

• Performance Tracking: Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts across different channels and digital properties.

• Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights from data analysis and testing results to improve customer experience, increase conversion rates, and achieve business objectives.

• Statistical Analysis: Use advanced statistical techniques to validate test results, measure impact, and ensure results are statistically significant.

• Collaboration & Strategy: Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and developers to help develop and implement our comprehensive CRO strategy.

• Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards that communicate performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CRO, analytics tools, and digital marketing to continually enhance testing and optimization processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, conversion rate optimization, and/or A/B testing. Experience in CRO and data-driven decision-making is essential.

• Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Datadog, Power BI, SQL, Excel).

• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and statistical testing methods.

• Experience with web tracking tools (e.g., Tag Manager, GTM) and data collection methods.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they relate to conversion optimization.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and present findings in a meaningful way.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, data-driven approach to optimization challenges.

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or paid media analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

• Certification in Google Analytics, Data Science, or other relevant analytics platforms is a plus.

• Interest in behavioral economics and/or background or training in sociology or psychology is a plus.
