JOB SUMMARY: Digital Designer
We are on a mission to enact significant changes in healthcare for tomorrow. Our internal creative team seeks an innovative Sr Brand Designer with a passion for creativity, meticulous design, and collaboration. This role involves translating brand strategy into powerful creative concepts that resonate across digital channels, including web, email, and social media. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be a part of a POD working alongside UX, ET, Marketing Strategy & Operations teams, contributing to the execution of integrated, multi-channel initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of our brand, a passion for design, and a desire to continually learn and embrace emerging products, tools, and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts across various channels and media formats.
- Partner with UX Writers to develop Omni content, with an understanding of UX/UI being a plus.
- Provide innovative design solutions across digital channels as a Digital Designer.
- Work closely with the In-House Creative Team to ensure brand guidelines and messaging are integrated appropriately.
- Guide creative efforts to ensure brand strategies are successfully reflected in deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 7-10+ years of experience in design, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative prowess.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD.
- Skills in motion graphics and typography to be a Digital Designer.
- Familiarity with AGILE work environments, including pod structures, sprints, scrum, and kanban.
- Basic understanding of front-end development.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Redpoint, Canva, Ceros, and automated workflow systems like WorkFront is a plus.
- Strong presentation, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
