Job Description
A leading organization is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to improve software delivery, deployment automation, and engineering productivity. This position focuses on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, building automated testing capabilities, and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of development workflows.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Develop and maintain automated testing infrastructure that supports reliable software releases.
- Improve build, testing, and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the software delivery lifecycle.
- Partner with development teams to implement automation, streamline workflows, and improve platform capabilities.
- Establish and maintain best practices for deployment reliability, release management, and operational excellence.
- Create scalable and repeatable delivery processes that support consistent application deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve developer experience through enhanced tooling, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Support cloud-based environments and contribute to ongoing platform modernization initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
- Strong expertise with GitHub Actions.
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing infrastructure and deployment automation solutions.
- Proficiency with DevOps tooling, scripting, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills focused on reliability, scalability, and operational performance.
- Experience partnering with software engineering teams to improve development and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of platform engineering principles and developer productivity initiatives.
- Experience working within cloud environments, with AWS experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Ability to create efficient, scalable, and repeatable software delivery processes.
