JOB SUMMARY: Digital Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and development of our products. This role is pivotal in understanding market needs, aligning product goals with organizational objectives, and driving the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Digital Product Manager

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.
  • Manage the product backlog, refine backlog items, and collaborate with development teams to clarify product requirements.
  • Track product development KPIs and metrics, and communicate product progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure product documentation is up-to-date in Confluence and manage Epics and Capabilities cards in JIRA.
  • Collaborate with the RTE to ensure a shared understanding of product vision and requirements.
  • Lead product development from concept through manufacturing to market launch, including market research, product requirements definition, and marketing strategy development.
  • Identify and manage product partnerships, maintaining professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or related field; master’s in engineering or MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience, including project management experience.
  • SAFe POPM certification.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with prior management experience being a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
