This role is responsible for managing portfolio allocations, coordinating external dependencies, and developing clear project plans and roadmaps that align stakeholders and drive delivery.
The healthcare program manager partners with cross-functional teams to bring structure, transparency, and accountability to programs that operate in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage Clarity allocations and perform related financial analysis to support program planning and decision-making.
- Oversee external dependency management, ensuring alignment across partner teams and third parties.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and multi-phase roadmaps to support execution and long-term planning.
- Track milestones, risks, and interdependencies across initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with healthcare domain partners to ensure program activities align with organizational and operational priorities.
- Support governance, reporting, and ongoing program coordination to enable successful delivery.
Required experience and skills
- Experience managing Clarity allocations and conducting financial analysis within a program or portfolio environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external dependencies across multiple teams or organizations.
- Strong experience developing project plans and roadmaps to guide execution.
- Healthcare industry experience, with familiarity navigating healthcare-focused programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
