Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support Medicare Advantage Stars performance tracking
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting aligned to HEDIS measures and Stars quality metrics
- Translate business requirements into structured data models and reporting outputs
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions that support performance initiatives
- Continuously enhance reporting tools to improve usability, accuracy, and timeliness
- Support ongoing analytics needs with frequent updates and refinements to dashboards and datasets
- Ensure data outputs are reliable, consistent, and actionable for decision-making
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in healthcare analytics with a strong understanding of payer or provider data environments
- Domain knowledge of Medicare Advantage Stars and HEDIS measures is strongly preferred and prioritized over visualization expertise
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with business intelligence tools, including Tableau
- Ability to build reporting solutions from business requirements and translate them into functional dashboards
- Familiarity with analytics workflows, data pipelines, and reporting best practices
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
