A leading organization is seeking a Lead Front-End AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered web applications while providing technical leadership across engineering initiatives. This position focuses on modern front-end development, cloud-native deployment, conversational AI experiences, and mentorship of engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance React-based applications that support complex business workflows.
- Create intuitive user interfaces for AI-assisted experiences.
- Build conversational AI and chatbot-driven interactions.
- Implement AI response streaming, source citation displays, and guided workflow features.
- Integrate front-end applications with enterprise APIs and AI services.
- Rapidly develop and validate proof-of-concept AI solutions using modern development tools.
- Guide front-end architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices.
- Improve software quality through automated testing, documentation, and development standards.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
