JOB SUMMARY: Program Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee the processes, resource management, schedules, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination of a wide range of analytic tasks. This role demands a candidate with a background in statistical programming and experience managing projects within a healthcare analytic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Establish and maintain processes for managing a database of all active projects, including goals, timelines, and key resources as a Program Manager.
- Track project lifecycle processes and design quality control and documentation best practices.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance to minimize errors, rework, and inaccurate conclusions.
- Develop and maintain libraries for learnings and QA-approved code for efficient project execution.
- Clarify analytic questions and goals with business partners to enhance the utility of analyses.
- Lead teams to ensure progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks, and managing deadlines effectively.
- Conduct post-mortems to capture learnings and improve future projects.
- Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and operational management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Program Manager
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Management, Public Policy, Computer Science, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business or research administration/management.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical programming or quantitative analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and presenting analytic results clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
