A leading organization is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the development and enhancement of an investment platform. This position combines hands-on data engineering expertise with business engagement, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and support AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data engineering solutions for investment platform initiatives.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and data workflows using modern cloud and analytics technologies.
- Develop solutions using Python to support data processing, integration, and analytics requirements.
- Work with Azure-based services and Snowflake to manage and transform data effectively.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to projects involving large language models and AI-related technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and participate in onsite collaboration with team members.
Required Experience and Skills
- Senior-level experience in data engineering.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience working with Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Experience supporting or developing solutions that leverage LLMs and AI-related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a business-facing environment and collaborate closely with onsite teams.
