JOB SUMMARY: Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst
The Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing current systems and business requirements to define business needs and develop strategies for the development or implementation of business systems. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, business partners, and technical teams to define projects, prepare functional specifications, develop testing plans, and ensure seamless workflow and systems procedures transition to operations staff. With strong project and time management skills, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and production support, possessing the ability to navigate complex business problems and influence directional change.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Support the Project Manager by analyzing and documenting essential information and data to achieve business goals.
- Conduct both formal and informal meetings with subject matter experts to rationalize business needs, documenting meeting notes and action items.
- Perform detailed business and system analysis to understand and document current and future state business processes.
- Research, analyze, and translate complex systems and processes to write accurate documentation of system and business processes, rules, transactions, and migration procedures.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure cross-functional approvals.
- Ensure business needs are adequately represented throughout the project lifecycle as a Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst.
- Define scope of activities to address issues, including requirements definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational streamlining.
- Design documentation, testing, and modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems.
- Manage and communicate requirements effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

- Advanced PC skills, including MS Office and MS Visio, with a solid and proven analyst toolkit.
