Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design across research, strategy, and execution for complex digital platforms
- Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design direction and product decisions
- Develop design strategies that align user needs with technical capabilities and business objectives
- Create user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for web-based and platform applications
- Partner closely with engineering teams to design solutions that align with underlying technology stacks and system constraints
- Contribute to the design and evolution of products within areas such as developer tooling, network and security platforms, and identity and access management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive product experiences across technical domains
- Advocate for strong user experience practices and help elevate design maturity across teams through education, guidance, and best practices
- Balance hands-on design work with strategic input to improve processes, workflows, and overall product usability
Required experience and skills
- Experience delivering full stack product design, including research, strategy, and execution
- Strong understanding of designing for technically complex platforms and systems
- Experience working with technology-focused products such as business-to-business software, software as a service platforms, developer tools, or security and identity systems
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application within product design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture and technical constraints
- Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience working in environments where user experience practices are evolving, with the ability to guide and influence design maturity
- Consulting mindset with the ability to adapt, educate stakeholders, and drive improvements in UX processes and standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
