Job Description
A leading healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of artificial intelligence and analytics-based products. This position is responsible for defining product direction, managing product roadmaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve operational performance, automation, and business decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings extensive product management experience, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to guide AI, machine learning, GenAI, and analytics initiatives from concept through production deployment. This individual will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product strategy, roadmap priorities, release planning, and long-term product vision for AI and analytics solutions.
- Lead product discovery activities, solution evaluation, and opportunity assessment to identify business value and operational improvements.
- Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to transition AI, machine learning, and GenAI concepts into scalable production solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, predictive analytics, large language models, and machine learning to enhance business processes.
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and executive-level communications.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams to support successful delivery of roadmap commitments.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business objectives, stakeholder needs, and product strategy.
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of AI and analytics products through stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.
- Monitor progress, remove delivery obstacles, and promote successful product outcomes.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10+ years of product management experience, with strong preference for candidates possessing 10 to 12+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience owning and executing product roadmaps from strategy through delivery.
- Experience launching, scaling, or managing AI, machine learning, GenAI, LLM-enabled, or analytics-driven products.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience creating product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, data engineers, software engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience presenting recommendations, product strategies, and progress updates to leadership teams.
- Ability to drive product execution and deliver business-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.
- Experience working closely with data science and data engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning product development lifecycles and production deployment considerations.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and operational efficiency improvements.
- Background supporting analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled business initiatives.
