Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise voice and telecommunications solutions
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability across voice platforms and related services
  • Manage user requests, configurations, and updates for voice services, including adds, moves, changes, and deactivations
  • Maintain accurate records of phone numbers and system configurations
  • Review and respond to service incidents and requests through IT service management tools
  • Administer voice systems through management portals and dashboards
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve service disruptions

Required Experience and Skills

  • Foundational experience with telecommunications technologies, including unified communications and voice systems
