Sean is a founding member and the Chief Operations Officer at Curate Partners. He is responsible for the success of all operations including: sales, recruiting, marketing, internal talent acquisition, and expansion. Sean focuses on providing employees with the resources and mentorship needed to foster long-term, impactful relationships with their clients, candidates and team members.

Under his leadership, Curate’s internal team has won numerous awards such as SIA’s Best Staffing Firm to Work For in 2018-2023, Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2019-2023.

Sean started Curate Partners with over 20 years of technology recruiting experience, having served as SVP for the 2nd largest Technology Staffing firm in the world for both Eastern and National Strategic Organizations. Sean has a comprehensive understanding of digital and tech innovation and firmly believes that quality talent drives successful business transformation. He works closely with each team member to emphasize a high-touch, quality approach to ensure that our clients are receiving the precise vetting and delivery required for their digital needs.

Sean is a dedicated leader not only to Curate Partners but within our community. He enjoys volunteering his time and getting the team involved in our Curate Cares program; a company-wide effort that encourages and supports charitable outreach. Sean’s partnership with Massachusetts DCF (Department of Children and Families) kick-started Curate’s annual Holiday Gift Wrapping event where the team sponsors several local underprivileged children’s Christmas wish list to deliver a bright and memorable holiday for them. Sean has also served on the board of The March of Dimes, The Joe Andruzzi Foundation – Boston Marathon Team and the Boston Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee. A graduate from Northeastern University in Business, he enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports in his free time.
