JOB SUMMARY: Servicenow Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the creation of detailed technical designs that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively. Drive the development of thought leaders within the practice to deliver architecturally sound solutions amidst client ambiguity.
- Technical Consultation and Leadership: Serve as an expert advisor, leading solutioning sessions and building bridges between disparate organizations with your technical expertise and leadership.
- Thought Leadership: Position our organization as a thought leader within the ServiceNow ecosystem, contributing to the practice brand through innovation and expertise.
- Implementation Support: Uphold standards for collaboration in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring requirements translate into functional solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Certified Technical Architect and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Certified in five or more ServiceNow mainline certifications (CIS – Human Resources, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, etc.).
- Extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform and with integrated third-party technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and designing complex solutions.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience implementing or architecting 30 or more ServiceNow applications.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Active Certified Application Developer.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Residency and work location must be within the United States due to federal contract requirements.
