- Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. This includes creating project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of release-management, product planning and launch frameworks.
- Able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This involves assessing risks, creating contingency plans.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous clinical and data science requirements into structured, actionable product specifications.
- Work with Product to drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and quarterly roadmap alignment.
- Ensure system-level clarity across platform constraints, dependencies, and integration points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., DS/DE leads, downstream consumers) to align on requirements and workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in healthcare, data platforms, or ML/AI systems.
- Strong understanding of data analytics architecture, data modeling, and ML/LLM pipelines.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
