Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design efforts for complex digital platforms, focusing on improving end-to-end client and internal user experiences
- Define and map user journeys across multi-system workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and interaction patterns for dashboard-style and multi-surface applications
- Translate research insights and business needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Miro
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to co-create solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints
- Contribute to a shared design system by creating reusable components, patterns, and workflows that ensure consistency across platforms
- Incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into user experiences, enhancing usability, automation, and personalization
- Apply systems thinking to unify fragmented experiences into a cohesive, integrated platform environment
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate overall design quality and team standards
- Communicate design concepts and decisions through clear storytelling, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required experience and skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in product design or user experience design, working on complex or enterprise-level products
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, including research, journey mapping, interaction design, and visual design
- Demonstrated experience designing for complex systems, platforms, or products with multiple workflows and integrations
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro
- Experience designing for digital platforms such as dashboards or unified user interfaces
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and experience incorporating AI into product design is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and business teams
- Ability to quickly learn new domains and adapt to changing product requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to challenge ideas constructively to improve outcomes
