Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications using React.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that support complex business workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
- Develop user experiences that support AI-enabled application capabilities.
- Integrate front-end applications with real-time and event-driven systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across platforms.
- Participate in front-end architecture discussions, technical planning, and design reviews.
- Implement reusable components and modern front-end development patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and application performance issues.
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of professional front-end software development experience.
- Expert-level experience developing applications with React.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript programming skills.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience developing real-time or event-driven user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture, component design, and application state management.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal guidance.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional software development teams.
