JOB SUMMARY: International Digital Content Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated International Digital Content Coordinator to manage and enhance our global web presence through effective content management, SEO optimization, and translation management. This role involves coordinating major content updates, publishing local marketing materials, and ensuring the successful replication of our global SEO strategy across international sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMS platforms like EPIserver, Smartling for translation processes, and a strong understanding of SEO. Fluency in German and/or Japanese is a significant plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Coordinate major content updates and manage the translation and launch process with international stakeholders, digital operations, and web teams.
  • Support local marketing managers by publishing content such as events, webinars, blogs, and pages on the website.
  • Collaborate with the SEO manager to align with the global SEO strategy and implement SEO improvements on local sites.
  • Manage the translation process of web content and external documents via Smartling, including coordination with various stakeholders as a International Digital Content Coordinator.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Smartling Customer Success Manager and International Campaigns/Demand Gen teams.
  • Maintain internal documentation on Smartling configuration and provide support to internal users.
  • Act as a liaison between the global Digital Performance team and International Campaigns/Demand Gen teams, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to international QBRs with data and insights on website and paid media performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with EPIserver or similar CMS platforms.
  • Experience managing translations with Smartling or equivalent translation management systems.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams to be a International Digital Content Coordinator.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent/native proficiency in German and/or Japanese.
  • Experience with SEO tools and methodologies.
