JOB SUMMARY: Digital Technology Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Technology Portfolio Manager to join our agile software product delivery organization. This pivotal role is focused on reimagining and rebuilding customer-facing digital experiences using agile development practices and contemporary technology strategies. The ideal candidate will manage resource and capacity management routines, support portfolio planning, and ensure the optimal positioning of our technology talent for the successful delivery of digital capabilities. This role demands a blend of operational expertise, analytical skills, and a process-oriented mindset, aimed at driving innovation within a lean start-up culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement resource and capacity management processes that align with project requirements, resources, and budget for efficient portfolio execution.
  • Conduct long-term resource needs analysis in collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Identify resource risks and propose solutions to resolve constraints as a Digital Technology Portfolio Manager.
  • Assist in technical staff planning, budgeting, and financial management, ensuring alignment with engineering and company goals.
  • Work closely with the Product Management Office, Digital Operations, and Agile PMO to define, align, and measure performance metrics to achieve organizational OKRs.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive value delivery and foster positive change within the digital organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing global resource pools supporting complex portfolios, ideally in R&D or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with enterprise Project Management and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Clarity, Qlik Sense).
  • Experience in Agile product development and familiarity with digital and IT concepts.
