JOB SUMMARY: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a proven track record in leading agile teams and driving intelligent automation projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating continuous improvement, guiding agile teams through commitments using agile/lean & scrum techniques, and applying principles and values effectively. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance team environment, promoting technical excellence, and ensuring project success in a dynamic and innovative setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Drive productive efforts of agile teams, facilitating continuous improvement and guiding the team through commitments using agile/lean & scrum techniques as a Project Manager.
  • Apply agile principles and techniques, fostering a deeper understanding of agile roles and responsibilities within the team and on waterfall projects.
  • Monitor team activities, ensuring commitments are met and shielding teams from external interferences.
  • Maintain data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in work tracking and reporting tools.
  • Coach the team to meet commitments effectively and maintain high quality standards.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies and guide the team in maintaining a complete and actionable backlog.
  • Promote collective ownership of backlog completion and related goals.
  • Communicate clearly to engage and energize the team around the agile mindset.
  • Facilitate discussion of team conflicts toward resolution and encourage technical excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to improve overall quality of their product and deliverables.
  • Build and apply useful metrics to support team and decisions, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example to foster high team performance and mastery of agile methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficient understanding of Project Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure, JIRA) and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams and managing project deadlines.
  • Experience affecting change in organizations working towards agile adoption.

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Project Manager

  • Strong organizational and influencing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector and intelligent automation/BPM (Business Process Management) is highly valued.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Hybrid project methodologies.
