JOB SUMMARY: MS Dynamics Operations Developer

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Operations Developer to join our Corporate Technology team, focusing on the MS Dynamics 365 suite. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and monitoring the Project Operations module, working closely with internal clients across the company. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in Dynamics 365, particularly in Project Operations and Customer Service modules, and strong collaboration skills to deliver solutions that meet our organizational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • As a MS Dynamics Operations Developer you will collaborate with functional leaders to assess and define the organization’s Dynamics 365 needs, focusing on solution design and deployment.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of the Project Operations module using Agile methodologies, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • Update and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for system use and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and lead incident resolution related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Support the release process for platform and product enhancements, ensuring smooth rollouts to internal clients.
  • Gather requirements, develop customer stories, and document processes, ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams.
  • Participate in the entire change management lifecycle, from requirement gathering to support post-implementation.
  • Ensure system security is in line with Information Security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: for a MS Dynamics Operations Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of leading software development projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MS Dynamics, specifically in the Project Operations and Customer Service modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a strong understanding of the necessity for process combined with a capacity for independent thought.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels and tailoring messages accordingly.
  • Experience in documenting business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform.
