JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on executing pilot programs, enhancing models, scaling up operations, and migrating to the cloud to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will develop robust and scalable analytical solutions, track performance, conduct deep dive studies, and present insights-driven recommendations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Execute pilot programs, model enhancements, and scale-up operations while refining models for robust and scalable solutions.
- Develop performance tracking solutions, program measurements, and conduct deep dive studies.
- Present meaningful, insights-driven materials on analytical results with recommendations and go-forward planning to guide internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with a sense of urgency, possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Develop high-performing analytics solutions with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in programming with SQL and Python.
- Proven experience in building data science, machine learning, and/or optimization models.
- Strong knowledge of the mathematical and statistical principles foundational to data science.
- Experience in building and utilizing robust experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) for performance measurement of deployed models.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
- High energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
- Capability to anticipate and communicate project roadblocks in a timely manner.
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure / Snowflake.
- Skills in MLOps.
- Development skills in experimentation frameworks.
