JOB SUMMARY:
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee the processes, resource management, schedules, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination of a wide range of analytic tasks. This role demands a candidate with a background in statistical programming and experience managing projects within a healthcare analytic environment. - Conduct post-mortems to capture learnings and improve future projects.
- Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and operational management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Management, Public Policy, Computer Science, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare business or research administration/management.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical programming or quantitative analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and presenting analytic results clearly.
